From left to right are the three largest peaks in the Alaska Range, Foraker, Hunter, and Denali at 20,320 feet. Alaska Floats & Skis is one of the best places in Alaska to get your sea plane rating. We provide housing and check ride in our price. We are located just at the base of Mt McKinley and train on many lakes and rivers, it’s not uncommon to stop and catch a trout while training in the float plane. Our off airport :bush pilot courses are very challenging, landing on gravel bars and many off airport sites. With our private lodge, 4 flight instructors and 6 aircraft you will never have to wait for a plane and Alaska is just awesome place to learn from the best.
