Horizon International Flight Academy

Horizon International Flight Academy was established in 2003 and is part of the Mubadala Development Company (Abu Dhabi Investment Group, Abu Dhabi Government). Horizon is the first flight academy in the Middle East to train students to a European Joint Aviation Authority (JAA) standard curriculum. Horizon provides Helicopter and Aeroplane pilot training and is also the only Academy in the Middle East to provide Helicopter pilot training. Set within the boundary of Al Ain International Airport and purpose built for flight training, we at Horizon have set the benchmark for Pilot training in the Middle East. Horizon now also has a satellite branch in Um Al Quwain. The staff, a diverse team of multi national instructors, is amongst the most qualified in the region. The Academy also takes pride in its state of the art training facilities and its emphasis on quality. Combining an impressive fleet of aircraft and an impeccable flight safety record, Horizon has created a niche for itself in flight training.
