Pilot school Eriva a Latvian Civil Aviation Agency - certified flyers vocational training organization (Flight Training Organization - FTO ). We are the first Latvian school, offering programs in the airline transport pilot (ATPL) theory course, as well as offer professional pilot flight program preparation. Airline Transport Pilot theories offer to acquire distance learning in collaboration with Bristol Groundschool with modern computer-assisted system. Integrated learning system combines learning materials, audio-visual presentations, student testing, as well as the learning process monitoring system. ATPL theory course consists of 13 items and provides the knowledge necessary for safe commercial aviation aircraft and helicopters to operate in today’s air transport system. Training lasts for 9 months, the theoretical volume of material provided 650 training hours in excess of the private pilot training at least 4 times. Upon completion of the course ATPL take examinations in Latvian Civil Aviation Agency . Upon successful completion of the theoretical exam can sort of instrument flight (IR) or Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL ) and practical tests to get a proper qualification.
