Cargair Flight Academy

Cargair Ltd. was founded in 1961 with the Prud’homme family acquiring ownership in 1968. Over the years, the company has grown such that it now includes two distinct bases in the Montreal area. We also have 10 Cessna 150, 6 Cessna 152 and 5 Cessna 172. The two flight training schools have enabled Cargair to hire its top graduates as instructors who would in turn become co-pilots on the Beechcraft King Air for Max Aviation. At Cargair, training is based on the day to day reality of a professional pilot, since many students will eventually work for the company. Cargair’s commitment to a well run operation in terms of management and safety is demonstrated by the fact that a member of the family is found at every strategic level of the company. The head offices are located in St-Hubert, at one of the flight training schools. Here your will find the office of the President and shareholder of the company since 2007, Mrs. Josee Prud’homme. Mrs. Josee Prud’homme holds a diploma in administration and is also a licensed lawyer.
